Is anyone manning the store while the Chicago conference is going on? I have had a ticket in since yesterday 2pm PST and no responses on it. I am trying to get a dev site switched over and need to coordinate the switch so I can monitor the changes/orders. For the last year and a half I have nothing but shoddy support from both the tech and sales departments. I don't know what has changed but it is affecting several of my clients and I can't keep making excuses for this?
