    Updating Order Status when using Stone Edge

    Does anyone have a solution as to how to get the order statuses updated when using Stone Edge? They remain labeled as pending.
    The label needs to change when to say 'processed' when the update is run through Stone Edge.

    Their module doesn't do it automatically? Is the customer up to date (on both systems)?

      I'm going to have to get more details than what I've been given. The store owner has gone to both StoneEdge and Miva Support trying to get it resolved.

            Leslie,

            Thank you for helping me refresh this topic and also congrats on winning the Blades awards. In short, I am interested in migrating Ultimate Order Status to Miva built in order status. I am also using Stone Edge so wanted to do this without any impact to the Business. If there is a how to step by step to get this done, that would be great.

            I will try to introduce myself to Brennan here at Mivacon14 if time permits. He is very popular at the show :-)
