    emedia Sale's WYSIWYG Editor removal

I'm wanting to update to Miva 9 but I get the message that I need to update the WYSIWYG Module. I never really use the module so I'd just like to get rid of it.
When I go to remove it from pages I get the message "unassigning items removes their template source from this page.
WARNING: To complete this process you must remove all tokens from you page templates. Continue?

So I just want to make sure that I can remove it from the pages it's assigned to without messing anything up. I'm assuming that it was just writing the HTML in the admin, but I don't know enough about the module to be sure. It wasn't used at all on most of the pages.

I've emailed the original maker of the module 2 weeks ago and got no response (I'm guessing because I wasn't interested in upgrading).

Please help me know what to do so I can upgrade to version 9.

    Mike,

Contact our support team if you run into any issues removing the module from the store. You should be able to deselect the items from the pages noted, deselect the module from the store settings and then delete the module from the store. If you run into issues, please let us know.

    Thanks,

Yeah I removed it from the pages but it still says it's used by the store, and by the store morph items and won't let me remove. It's crazy because it says it's "used by the following" : and then says not used on any pages!

I'll submit a ticket- though I've mentioned it in other tickets (an I guess no one ever saw the 2nd question.)
