  1. Re: New Beta Module - Social Rebate - Hire Your Customers

For the record, since you don't see many marketing posts like this on our Forums, I personally encouraged them to post here. We've been working with a couple large Miva stores behind the scenes and...
  2. Re: Miva Merchant Marketplaces 1.0003 Support Thread

    Emilycohen,

Do you mean on eBay via our Marketplaces app or just on your Miva site itself?

    Re: Sales Tax Rounding Issue

This isn't exactly true. Miva follows Bankers Rounding (which from what we understand is what should be followed legally).

More info can be found here:...
  4. Re: Authorize.net and Poodle - anything we need to update?

No, the connection to use SSLv3 or not, is controlled at the Miva Engine level. As long as your engine is up to date there should be nothing else to do.
  5. Re: Authorize.net and Poodle - anything we need to update?

Also we've been keeping this updated about POODLE: http://www.miva.com/blog/PayPal-Authorize.net-Respond-to-the-POODLE-Vulnerability
  6. Re: Authorize.net and Poodle - anything we need to update?

If you're hosted with us, then no.

If you're not hosted with us, you'll need to make sure your Miva Engine is 5.17 or higher (and it's worth going all the way to 5.20 since that's what's needed...

Not 9.0.0, but that is slated for an early addition to the 9.x life span.

Re: Need help with my website

For what it's worth, I just noticed the recent poster hijacked this thread, I had originally assumed it was the original poster and it's not. I'm going to delete those comments. If the recent poster...
  9. Re: $50 per additional simultaneous Administrative User

    Kevin,

Bruce is correct, if there was such thing as a "Computer Session", instead of a "Browser Session", we'd do that for sure. But that's simply impossible today.

    As for process, there might...

    Re: Merchant processors

With Paymentech (Orbital) we directly Certify through Chase, so it's less effort on your part (if you use Orbital).

    Re: product reviews for 2014

For the record, this is not a true statement. It's just not on the 9.0.0 radar (since that's coming out imminently)

    Re: Merchant processors

    Both True.

The only "downside" to going with Chase/Auth.net versus Chase and their own gateway is Auth.net is a little bit more expensive.
  16. Re: Where is Copy & Paste feature for adding Additional Images in Edit Product

You can definitely do them via Flat File Import (but you have to use Image Types to do that).
  17. Re: Where is Copy & Paste feature for adding Additional Images in Edit Product

This is the first this came to our attention, I'm talking to Dev about it today.

    Re: SSL Connection

My suspicion is this has to do with the Poodle bug that was found this week. We had to turn off SSL V3 Permenantly to protect against it (as everyone else is around the web).

    I'd check with...
  19. Re: Report Card in Use for Paypal Payments Pro

    Ok, that's good ::):

Is there still a feature request then?

I love my flask from that store :;):
  21. Re: Report Card in Use for Paypal Payments Pro

I'm completely lost. The PayPal Payments Pro module is a built in one by us, but I don't fully follow the rest.
  22. Re: $50 per additional simultaneous Administrative User

So I want to jump in on this specific thought. Developers reading this, please don't jump to conclusions about what we'd charge for this idea (because frankly we don't know yet, but it would be less...

Re: v9 release and the Non-Compliance Fee

NCF's are not version specific if you will. PCI has a specific requirement that we're enforcing via a penalty.

All production software must be updated within 90 days of general release or 30 days...
