  1. Re: Discontinued products-alternative to 301 redirect

    Take a look here:

  3. Re: MIVA Security Update - Norton Security Suite unable to protect port 995 against S

We're playing with the Pi Raspberry 2 right now. Just got them on Friday.

    Amazing.
  4. Re: MIVA Security Update - Norton Security Suite unable to protect port 995 against S

Spam Assassin works. We use it on 6 physical servers to service 50+ domains.

The WHM implementation is pretty vanilla but at the Cpanel (domain) level it can be tweaked for a specific domains...
  5. Re: Toolkit function generated links and SEO MM9

    OK, Bruce -- you said:

"FYI: I know its hearsay...but SEO is pretty insignificant at the category level. At least with google, all they really care about is the product page."

    I disagreed...
  6. Re: Toolkit function generated links and SEO MM9

No. I think it's from Google indexing category pages. So they must matter.
  7. Re: Toolkit function generated links and SEO MM9

Wow. All three of my browsers saw category pages from Goodyear, Bridgestone, Cooper and Dunlop on the first page.

The word "category" was even in the link on a couple of them. Hmmmm . . . .
  8. Re: Toolkit function generated links and SEO MM9

Google does cares about category pages. We have a number of categories associated with individual brand names that place very well in the organics.

Or, just google "performance tires" to see...
  9. Re: Toolkit function generated links and SEO MM9

    Agreeing with Ron.

    It's about the canonical.
  10. Re: Follow On Contact - Conditional Email

    From the docs:

Q: Can I use the Emporium Plus Tool Kit module to write conditionals to change the content in the FOLLOWON template email or even cancel the sending of the generic template email...
  11. Re: Displaying Special Message Based on Total Basket Weight

Viking/Emedia's FEDEX Advanced module lets you specify product counts per carton and splits the product into the necessary number of boxes.

By part number. We've been using it for years and have...

    Re: OSEL Screen Problem

What you are describing **looks like** a failure of a shipping method.

Check her information and make sure a bad zip code isn't being used or something similar like a zip+city combo.

    Especially...
  17. Re: How to use math calculation with Attributes

    I'm using 5.5

Are your customers making the request from the FPWD screen?
  19. Re: How to use math calculation with Attributes

Toolkit has a function for Combined price

    139. Use bask_getsum to create a price sum variable in the basket. It sums the base price + the attribute prices to create a formatted_price_sum.

    Easy on the levity.

I have an "app" that will do what they're wanting prevented at a max rate of 12,000+ per hour. It can even be tuned to check for only one pattern (like @gmail.com, say).

  21. Re: How to use math calculation with Attributes

Have you thought of starting out with a base product price of $20.00 then using radio buttons, do:

10" item (+0.00) - make this the default choice
    15" item (+10.00)

    Then, the customer sees the...
