    Integration with Infusionsoft CRM Software

I have miva merchant 5.5 and would like to tie it into my Infusionsoft CRM to marry the two great programs. Is there a bridge already created for this? I would like to be ble to import all customer information and customer value into my infusionsoft account.

    Thanks

Hi Brett -- I've written lots of custom integrations between Miva and other services. You're welcome to drop me a line by email to discuss your project.

Kent, have you done any Miva integrations with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or Sage Act!? I'm basically trying to cut down rekeying. Act! should be the focal point as GP doesn't generally have none-customer contacts and Miva only has those who have transacted (or created accounts) through it.

        Thanks!

I haven't done integrations for the packages you mentioned, but I'll be glad to look at some documents and figure a price and schedule. You can contact me by email to discuss the details.

Are there any PCI issues with a connector that bridges infusionsoft and Miva. We are about to venture down that path. Any feedback would be great.

            Thanks

As long as you're not moving Secure Payment Data into it, then no. SPD is generally card data, expirations, CVV (which you shouldn't even have).
