Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions: Manufacturing & Wholesale 12.0

I've seen some posts here for Quickbooks and Syncro but not for my version of QB. Are there any modules out there for exporting my Miva orders into Qiockbooks Enterprise Solutions: Manufacturing & Wholesale 12.0?

I just moved to Hostasaurus so I'll be updating to the latest PR & engine.

    Thank you,
    ~topher

I believe Synchro should work fine with that version. The only one it doesn't work with is the super low end free version nor the Online/POS version.

Synchro is working, I'm wondering if there is a way to add the ability to enter "Class" to the Sales Order section. We have about 5 different classes of orders, all of them from Miva are the same but I can't seem to find a field for that option in Synchro. I still have tio manually change every order after they download. Am I missing that option somewhere?

        Hello,

What is "class" in QuickBooks? Is that a custom field you have in the template of the invoice/sales order? At a quick glance this doesn't appear to be anything that synchro is going to do because in Miva Merchant there aren't "classes" of orders, it's just an order, it can't mark an invoice paid or put an order from the store into some "class" in QuickBooks. Do you want to elaborate on what you mean by "Class" ?

The class, in the manufacturing and wholesale version of QuickBooks, allows me to say if an order is retail, wholesale, OEM, realer, etc. Allows me to classify a customer.

            Hello,

If you open up your synchro field mappings, and look at the mappings for Sales Orders or Invoices, is this "class" a field that synchro can see? If not, then it can't be mapped.

No, it's not an option- that's why I asked if it could be added. Maybe the next time Miva updates the module- thanks...

You can certainly request that via our dream features thread.

Has this issue ever been resolved? Is it possible to create a custom field in MIVA and map that within Synchro? I'm asking because we're thinking about using a MIVA - Synchro - QB Enterprise solution.

                  Thanks, Korey

Synchro hasn't changed- there is still no "class" field, that being said, its still a useful tool. I don't know what your workload is but for me, it certainly added speed to creating sales orders, which we did manually until using Synchro.

                      Hello Korey,

What type of custom field are you trying to create in Miva Merchant, and where do you want to map that to inside QuickBooks? The only ones I know that can be mapped are product custom fields, however, I've run into issues trying to synch products that have more than 5 custom product fields in Miva & QB.

The ability to select a class in the customer field (ie. retail, wholesale, etc.).

My previous post was directed to Korey, not you. Thanks.

I misspoke. More accurately, can data collected from the Addendum module be passed through Synchro? Or, would we need to create a custom customer field (e.g. for Special Delivery Instructions) in MIVA and pass that through Synchro?

                            Thanks Rafael.
