How to Allow Canadian Billing, But Not CA Shipping Address in PR8 CSSUI

Before I start hard-coding, what would be the easiest way to allow Canadian Billing Addresses, but not Canadian Shipping addresses. In PR8? Is there a CSS solution?

By definition, it would not be a CSS or Cascading Stylesheet solution. CSS only controls how your pages displayed. Your solution will be in one or both, a shipping module(s) and/or template coding to filter out CA shipping. Shipping modules probably won't care about a billing address per say.

The Copernicus Shipping SuperMod can limit what methods are available by address. It wouldn't limit them from supplying a Canada ship address, but it wouldn't permit them to finalize checkout since no shipping methods would be available.

can we assume that if you are accepting CA bill tos, its only US ship tos that are accepted, or do you want to allow US, Fr, UK, etc for shipping but only allow CA, US, FR, UK etc?

Either way, you'd be able to do this by simply using your own set of drop-downs for ship/bill to countries and list what you want.
