Howdy,
Today I received an order for 1 item that we ended up being out of so I selected the item in the Miva order and clicked the cancel button which now shows the order as 'cancelled'. I don't see any indication yet about the payment being refunded. The customer paid by PayPal and before I initiated the cancelled item the refund button was greyed out within Miva (I took this to mean the payment wasn't completed or batched yet.)
Should I initiate a refund directly through Paypal or given time will Miva initiate its own refund through Paypal? Is there any danger of double refunding if I manually do it through Paypal's site (and then Miva does its own refund later?)
