    Word Wrapping In Product Descriptions

Rick. I'm begging. We discussed (twice) word wrapping in the product descriptions. You said it was an oversight and it would be fixed.

    It still doesn't wrap.

    I despair.

That doesn't even jog my memory, I'm sorry.

I can tell you it's not going to be addressed anytime imminently, as we're knee deep in V9 work.

I will remind Dev and see if this is a big issue or not.

Also I edited the post title so it would retain meaning.

It has been a while but it started here: http://extranet.mivamerchant.com/for...283#post376283 and you replied in a few posts.

I had mentioned it another time and you responded again - but I can't remember the thread. I think it was regarding an upcoming update, long since past.

It's *not* a "big issue", just a minor pet peeve and I just bring it up every couple of years.

Fair enough and I don't doubt you (I can be forgetful at this point).

I'll talk to Dev about this, but our CTO is out this week. I'll post something next week about our plan.
          Thanks,

Not to butt in, but IMO if you're going to make any changes to the product description input, a WYSIWYG editor would be the best use of time. TinyMCE is the one I can vouch for.

Yes, I do understand that. I do use a text editor as well as It's All Text with Firefox. I am talking about a quick edit to a product. I had to work from very strange locations and have had to edit products suddenly ON MY DAMN PHONE. Don't ask why. It would be easier without side scroll, which I've said before is just sorta rude and uncouth.

It is not that big a deal and normally I wouldn't care except that I've had two different "conversations" about this issue with Rick on these boards over the course of almost three years now.

              I won't ask again.

I had forgotten about the previous conversations and the issue of an HTML editor is a different can or worms/issue.

I can tell you Dev and I will discuss and if it fits into the UI changes for Version 9, then we'll likely make it as I know personally I like the feature.
