    Listrak

I was wondering if many Miva users have tried Listrak. I am interested in starting some sort of Email base cart adandment after they leave my site. Listrak seams to have a solid pitch, it is just the upfront cost of 4-5K that scares me off. (Plus the high monthly fee). Would love to know if Listrak would have a good ROI. Does any one have a good example of a conversion rate before and after?

Some History, I did try Runa, and I am currently using Spring Metrics which I am happy with, just did not know if Listrak would be better.

We use EP's Restock Shelves module to do the same thing in real time. It cost $28.50. You do have to design your own Email, though.

Something else we've been absolutely fascinated by is the customer adoption of the "save basket to Email" function in Toolkit (#131). We see 25-30 people a week use it. Again, you need to design your own Email.

Which, if you've never done before, look at a cheap tool like this:

We use it. I've spoke with Listrak but with everything we already do there wasn't much of a fit.

To see how it works, visit our store and do the checkout thing then abandon your cart after the customer info screen. You'll get an Email when your basket expires.

Thanks for sharing, it has been nearly an year now are you still using the same shopping cart abandonment tool? Is anyone else using Listrak despite the high set up costs?

I have been evaluating getvero.com and customer.io has anyone tried these tools?

        Re: Listrak

We still use the same organic tools and are quite pleased with the results. To date, still the same expense -- the Restock Shelves module and Toolkit -- although I think Toolkit upgraded in the past year for $10. We think we're way ahead of the game.
