    Phone System Problems August 2, 2013

    Beginning sometime this morning we're having intermittent inbound phone calling issues.

    Some people when calling our 800# or our direct 858# are unable to get through. We're working with TW Telecom our telecom provider to fix the issue ASAP.

    In the meantime please use email to contact us or the support portal and we can call outbound if it necessitates a phone call.

    I'll post here once it's resolved.

    We've isolated the issue to something between TW Telecom and AT&T. AT&T is here on site and our phones will be going down completely for approximately the next 30 minutes as of 12:51 PM Pacific Time August 2, 2013.

    I'll post when we're officially back up, in the mean time, email and live chat are available.

          No, even though I don't know what their problem was as of yet.

          Ours was definitely not related, we don't use public VOIP, so we have traditional trunks/lines coming into the building. We had a Fiber card go bad at the AT&T post at the end of the block from our office.

          But it took alerting TW Telecom our actual provider, getting them to test it and conclude it was in the last mile which is provided by AT&T and then get AT&T to come on site and figure it out.

          Good news was they did it all in about 4 or 5 hours which isn't terrible for what it was.

            K. I didn't think they were related, but I saw they said their phones were down to so I was just curious. Glad you guys had it fixed quickly and communicated it along the way!
