I have created a website for my Real Estate business and now I want to interact with my real time website visitor to discuss about our business and planning. Is it possible?

There are several available such as 'Zopium'. However, a word of caution. Unless you are planning on 'staffing' the chat basically 24/7, you'll piss off more people than you will help.

I'd suggest using a contact form so people could setup an appointment to talk/chat. To facilitate that, I'd just create accounts with Skype, Google Chat, FaceBook, Yahoo and maybe a few others so you can always log in to whatever resource your customer has. Perhaps even keep something like Zopium behind the scene for this purpose.

I recommend Woopra. You can watch visitors navigate your site and initiate a chat session whenever you want. Their tools for looking at your visit data are very good, too.

I really like Olark. It's great because when we're not signed in (which honestly is most of the time), it just deprecates in a nice way to say "Contact Us" rather than something negative like "not currently available" or "chat offline"

It's about $800 a year, but we've already generated about $20,000 in sales directly from the live chat, so it's been a great investment.
