Note field for Inventory Variants

Would love to see a notes field in the Inventory Variant Inventory level screen.

This is still a hot button item for a store owner. The Viking Coders Inventory Manager has the ability to include notes with each attribute:



I get the idea of using a product custom field, but that field would need to be able to have the input on the Inventory Variants screen that pops up when you click Edit Inventory

Hey Leslie -

We've done similar stuff using product custom fields. If you add the data at the variant level, it can be pulled into the page using toolkits variant array function. But since Attribute Machine is all JavaScript, it would need to be integrated with that so when a variant is changed, you can display the notes.

I'll see if I can find some code as an example.
