    Yeah you weren't part of the originally impacted (it sounds like) but got impacted when we decided to reset the cluster.

        Rick, I hope my response wasn't seen as a criticism of David and Jen.

        It was meant to be a compliment to how well they have run things for us over the past decade plus. We would have never stayed that long if we weren't super happy!

        Those of us that have been around long enough know that this not a normal situation. This is just one of those "stuff" happens moments.

          In all the years that I have known Hostasaurus (and I know it from Day One) and now as Miva Merchant, there hasn't been anything like this. But I concur, David and Jen are working their backsides off to resolve this. I'm sure Laura and the others are up to their ears too. I know they will get it figured out.

            Some sites are back up, but it's taking longer than expected. And yes David and Jen deserve a drink after this one.

              We're down as well....on and off all morning but consistently now for over an hour. I'm sorry to say that this is the fourth time in a couple months that our site has been down. Before that, we were hosted by Hostasaurus who was bought out by MIVA. We haven't had a problem in the last 4 years, until now. I am told that the problems last month were due to a "bad site" on my shared server. Then it was a heartbleed/SSL related issue. Today I was told that the serves are fine; its an issue with the connection of those servers to the internet. Either way, our numbers are suffering. :(

                    You may not want to later go in and select all campaigns and edit $tatu$ to active.
                    In Adwords select all active campaigns then label them as "Active" (create a new label if it doesn't exist yet).

                    Then pause. When the server are back up, filter on the "Active" label and enable them.

                    Bing doesn't have labels that I know of, I just paused and will use traffic data to figure out which ones to enable.

                          Does this have anything to do with all sorts of other sites that are down? I see ModX.com is out, I see Ebay has had more problems today, Yahoo Mail, Comcast Mail, Netflix and so on. I myself have never had a situation where 3 or 4 platforms I use are all experiencing problems at the same time.
