    Products won't stay in basket

    We received an odd report from one of our regular customers that he was unable to order more than one product at a time at our store. He places an item in his basket and continues shopping but when he adds another item the first one disappears. The problem persists even after a fresh boot. He worked around the problem by placing individual orders for single products but that means he looses out on volume discounts. We have never seen this problem before and this customer has successfully placed multiple product orders in the past.

    I asked him to send me an "Easy Contact" message so I could see the customer report which is pasted below.

    Clearly this is not a Miva problem since it involves only one customer but the collective wisdom of this Forum would be appreciated.

    Since it's a regular customer, what has been changed on the customer's computer? Any new "security" features or changes to them? Changes to cookie settings?

      Since it's a regular customer, what has been changed on the customer's computer? Any new "security" features or changes to them? Changes to cookie settings?
      The Easy Contact report says cookies are "ON" and besides, I don't know how he would be able to order anything with the cookies turned off. The last successful multiple product order was on 4/17/14 and he does not recall making any changes since then.
