Add-On Items in Prod Detail

We are looking for a way to create Add-On sales for accessory items (choke boxes, brushes etc) from within the Prod Detail page:

We originally thought we could set it up as an Attribute but doing it that way causes the quantity to double or triple etc when the main item quantity changes.

What we are selling is shotgun chokes that are frequently purchased in pairs. We know that we can run these items through the Upsell function but really feel like we can get better sales results from within the Product Detail.

If you just want to display the accessories on the page, you can use the store's Related Products feature. If you want the customers to be able to put multiple items in the basket with one click, I have a module for that. For example: http://www.stitchitcentral.ca/mm5/me...duct_Code=test.
