What the multiple/aditional license warning looks like

For those who might be wondering what the warning looks like when you try to log in with an already active Admin session, here it is:

I was able to trigger the warning by attempting to log in using a different browser, not that anyone would want to have the admin concurrently open in a variety of browsers, I just wanted to see what the message would look like.

This was an unfortunate surprise this morning. Our office has 3-5 people logged in an any given time. We've been using Miva for 10 years, but now suddenly we have to pay per seat? I'm not happy.

There was a huge discussion about this on the 5.5 forum here:

Yeah, I found that discussion a little while after I posted. I wasn't expecting it to be in the 5.5 forum ha ha. I don't really have anything to say that hasn't already been said.

Count me in as also pissed off that I can only have one user logged in. I didn't read the other thread. I simply know that I occasionally have two people logged in, I was able to do that without issue on 5.5, and find it disturbing that I would need to pay to do this on 9. when you combine that with some of the other shortcomings I'm experiencing, which I'll speak to in a separate thread, it's making me question whether I should be checking out another platform. Never thought I'd say that, but that's how I'm feeling right abut now.

Count me in as someone who is also disappointed. We typically have 2-3 people logged in at a time - 1 person trying to keep everything up-to-date, and a couple of people processing orders.

Is there a way to create non-administrative users so our clerks can process orders while I work on various updates to our store?

              Yes, purchase additional seats.
