Missing Button to Run Template Data Feed

I see Bill's template Data Feed Module under Utility Settings with last run files, but no way to update feeds.

    Thanks, Diana

    Your correct,

We also cannot find the 2nd part of the Template Feed either, so you cannot select which feed to run either.

Also Power Search, the 2nd section is missing. the part that lets you mirror the data base and reduce the size of the search history. Oh yeah, It looks like all of the emporium plus mods mini basket and Sort Categories and Products.

In the admin, click the Menu drop down. When you see Utilities, click the arrow next to the word Utilities, it will open a sub-menu. From there you "should" see the Template Data Feed run screen and all the other Utility sub-screens you might need.

        Hello Leslie,

Thank you so much, Now I see my problem. I have been using the quick-picks menu on the home page to navigate, so when you go to utilities, you don't an option for that on that page. I guess I will start using that menu button all the time.

        Thank you so much

          Kevin (and everyone),

This is a great time to remind people to start using the new Bookmarks feature. If you run Feeds a lot, then I'd recommend Bookmarking that page (clicking the little red ribbon in the upper right just below the search nav).
          Thanks,

Thank you Leslie! Wow that whole sub-menu is a welcome surprise. Will heed your tip about the bookmark feature, Rick.

Loving the new admin. The ability to move columns, re-order and edit multiple products on the product page has already come in handy.
And not having to scroll to the bottom of the page each time to update....loving it!

Re: Missing Button to Run Template Data Feed

The command line for the bookmarks needs to be editable so parameters can be added to the screen. As example, I used to have a launchpad button that ran the show baskets to check activity. Now using the bookmarks menu, the best I can do is show the screen that has the button to display the baskets. So it takes two button clicks to get there when it used to take just one.

A great idea, but it appears that most third party modules do not support this feature. For example with the Emporium Plus Template Data Feed, there is no red bookmark in the top right corner.

I'd like to see an "Add Bookmark" option under the actual Bookmarks button in the top left - so that it just remembers the specific page you're on.

If you can view the admin screen on a smaller device so that the new top bar isn't showing you can bookmark the ep pages.

You can actually use the product popup in the show basket module to do it while on a bigger screen. The bookmark icon is available in collapsed mode or whatever you want to call it. Once you have it bookmarked it's there forever :)

Thanks Mark! That did the trick - I just re-sized my window and could trick it into showing the bookmark option. It's just too bad it doesn't show all of the time with 3rd party modules.
