Had an online chat with someone from QuickBooks, gave her my info, and within 45 minutes received a phone call from a QBMS sales person who had absolutely no clue what/where/when/why/if IGS even exists. I guess I'll fill out the online app for a QBMS account and start anew, as though I am a new customer. It sure gets frustrating when I know 5% of what's going on while the person I talk to has 0% knowledge!!
