I'm assuming everyone is having trouble w/ FedEx right now. Has anyone received any word from them as to when their servers might be functional? I've got a call into our rep, but haven't heard back, yet?

Are you using the eMedia fedex module or built-in? I just saw another thread posted about a fedex module not working because the eMedia license server was not accessible. -

I just saw that as well. We actually have some rates from the eMedia (VC) module and SmartPost from the built-in module. Neither are getting rates. We also use an application in-house to print labels that is unable to print or obtain rates. It produces an error message indicating that the fedex gateway is not accessible.
eMedia called several weeks ago and walked us through removing the license manager module due to some problems they were having. They have not yet instructed us to re-install it.

We are also having an issue with our shipping dept. connecting to Fedex. It doesn't seem to be related to any software or module issues. They're refusing the connection. We're using Starship, not related to Miva or any modules...Ron Frigon
