Error: "Unable to locate form for inventory attributes" from Toolkit template

Hello,

I am implementing the toolkit template code which displays a input box for each inventory variant on a Product Page. Everything seems to be functioning correctly, and I am able to successfully add multiple product to cart at the same time.

However, whenever this custom Product Page is loaded, I receive the error: "Unable to locate form for inventory attributes"

I've already ensured the hidden input field '''input type="hidden" name="Action" value="ADPR" ''' is in the form.

I'd like to figure out why, and how to stop this error from appearing,

There are a few similar threads with this issue.

Are you using IE10/11 or Safari for Windows. Does this happen on other browsers FF, Chrome or Safari on Mac?

Hey Matt I would love to help you but I am having trouble reproducing the error you are getting.
Can you send the link that you have the multi quantity add feature working on.
It should look a little like this http://www.emporiumplus.com/SAMPLE2.html
