Miva ShortLinks no longer work after clicking a certain category page

    Hello,

We updated to Miva 9 last week and the problem occurred after the update.

    This is our store:
    http://store.ross-tech.com/shop
if you click the in the category tree, all URLs will stop working.

    What could have caused this?
    Thanks

You have open tags with the Audi and VW manual links on that landing page. (they are lacking quotes) There are a number of other html issues throughout the site, highly recommend checking your source against an HTML validator: http://validator.w3.org

I agree we need to clean up our codes.

The problem I described was not caused by the html code. It was caused by the google analytics java script codes. That particular category has no products assigned so the browser got confused by the google analytics "universal.js". I switched to "classic.js" and all is good now.

Do you mind elaborating what/where you mean by "the Audi and VW manual links lacking quotes"?

On a side note, can I take the opportunity to ask where I can find the utilities module list (where I can enable/disable in old versions) in the admin page?

        Thanks

Stock Universal Analytics should not cause this type of behavior. Think I saw Enhanced Ecommerce in place in looking at your source ealier, that may very well have been the culprit as it has link interactions.

We recently reached out to Miva to suggest that they separate Enhanced Ecommerce as an alternative integration method due to the complex requirements of that solution.
