    Submitting New Ticket from within Mv9.

    When I submitted my first ticket via Mv9 (dev) store, I did not notice the the system used the default email. We use different emails for different things.

    Moving forward we need to be more careful when using this feature. However, it might be worth considering adding a default email option for submitting tickets. I think most shops would want to use a different email for submitting tickets for continuity purposes. Now I have to submit another ticket.

    It would also be ideal to have a subject field, it makes it easier to manage.

    Might also want to consider displaying information that is automatically being submitted with ticket, including user name.
