    Seats exceeded question

    Hello forum:
    Playing with our DEV MM9 & exploring the seats issue. Logged into admin with Chrome, then acting as another admin user, I logged in via IE. Got message that another user was logged on and was given the option to log them out but was not given the option to log myself out which I normally would do instead of aborting a coworker's session. How can I log myself out and leave the coworker logged on?

    More: I closed my browser instead of aborting my coworker's session. Now there are 2 active logins. Why is a second login allowed when there are no available seats? Seems like an error message warning that no seats are available would be a better approach.

      Larry, Dan was kind enough to point out to me that I have to click the logout button, since the new system considers me logged in, even though I'm "in line" waiting for a stall, I mean seat.

        Leslie: My logout button is disabled. The only active one is my coworker's. And I am logged in, just waiting for a seat.

          Can you provide us a screenshot of the logout button being disabled? Please send the screenshot to [email protected] and copy a link to this post within the body of the email to us. Once you have a ticket created, please send the ticket number to me via a private message.
