Addendum show response in built in Template based Emails.

I am trying to display the reposes that addendum collections in the built in Template based emails. I have assigned the Addendum token to both pages Email Customer (EMAIL_ORDERCONF_CUSTOMER) and Email Merchant (EMAIL_ORDERCONF_MERCHANT) and added this piece of code to show the responses. For example

   <mvt:if expr="g.question1">&mvte:global:question1;</mvt:if>

But the response is not being displayed in the emails. I know there is response to question1 if I check the order in manage orders.

What am I missing?

You might also consider converting these to use custom Basket and Order fields as those will not need to be supported on legacy software.

tammu, are you using radio buttons?
I am and can't get those to display the Miva's template based emails.
