UPS and USPS

Hello,

We are attempting to use UPS Online Tools with our system which also includes USPS shipping quotes.

I have 3 UPS Representatives here, including one from customer solutions and they said there is no reason UPS quotes should not be pulling up alongside USPS rate quotes. I can get UPS quotes if I deactivate USPS quotes, but not while they are active. Is there a workaround to this issue?

Your UPS reps are incorrect. UPS has a legal requirement for anyone like Miva who uses their API to not rate shop (allow competitive rates to be seen on the same Screen).
