Select All and Shift Select in Miva 9

I did not see a Select All records button in multi select mode on Order Management screens in Miva 9. This would be very helpful.

Also SHIFT select would be helpful to, as many websites (a la adwords) have.

SHIFT selection is already supported, as is control selection (or command if on a mac). Also, Control-A (or Command-A) will select all records in a batch list. All new style lists support this functionality. If you are in the order details overlay (list on the left, selected order on the right), multi-selection is not supported. (note, shift select also works when using the up/down arrow keys)

Also to note, if you are clicking on the checkmark boxes, those are single-selection-at-a-time only. Meaning shift+clicking another one will only select that clicked row. If you shift click anywhere else on the row, it will highlight all records between your first click and the shift clicked row. The same holds true for Control click.
