no shipping methods available when generating shipping label

I'm playing around with the new Miva 9 interface so I can walk my customers through it.
I've placed test orders using check and simple credit card. I have a Flat Rate shipping method created.
When I click Generate Shipping Label, next to Shipping Method, why does it say "No Shipping Methods Available"? See attached.
I assume that's why I can't generate a shipping label, which is my next question.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Yes, in order to generate labels you need to use one of these 5 modules:

1. UPS
2. FedEx
3. USPS (but they won't have postage, ironically)
4. Endicia (which is only USPS labels, but they have Postage)
5. Canada Post (for our friends to the North).
