Hello,

This module worked great in 5.5 but now in 9 it's not working properly.

Per the module instructions you can create a page with the code FOLLOWON and then place FOLLOWON in the email field of the FOLLOWON module. The module would then send the contents of the page as the email.

For some reason this isn't working for me. Miva support staff don't understand this.

Please advise.

If this feature was working in your 5.5 and you did not change anything in the FOLLOWON page template when you upgraded to 9, it should still be working if you are using the current version of the Follow On module. There have been updates to the module to incorporate new features over the years related to API and Miva engine changes. Notices were posted and emails were sent long ago about the recommendation to update the module relative to those added features. If they updated your Miva engine in addition to upgrading to 9, then maybe you have a very old version of Follow On that needed to be updated when the engine was updated. Some of the updates related to email sending feature updates.

If you were not using the FOLLOWON page template feature in 5.5, then you probably are using an old version of the module as that was a major reason for updating the module.

If your module version is current, then support should be able to troubleshoot why it is not sending emails.
