Buy 3, Get 1 free

I can't figure-out how to set this up. My client has one-of-a-kind products (only 1 of each) and wants to offer buy 3 earrings, get the 4th free.

Has anyone else done something like this?

We've been using William's Buy X Number Items Get 1 Free, but I hear this functionality is now built-in.

Have you walked through the Reference Guide on this, I haven't looked for this specific use case, but I'm pretty sure it's in there.
