    credit card holder name

Can't believe I've never asked this before and searching didn't help me.

Using Chase Paymentech the custmer is required to enter name on card. Is there anywhere to see the information they entered?

Under Manage Orders open an order. Click the padlock next to the payment drop-down box. Enter your pass phrase. You should be able to see the name on the card.

We have elected to store the cc information, not sure if this still works if you don't.

Interesting that it works for you and not me but your settings may be the difference.

        Gary,

Storing the entire credit card should not matter. If you don't store the credit card data than the order would not be encrypted but you should still be able to see the name on the card. What domain is this for?

We also use Chase Paymentech and have encryption turned on. I've never seen the credit card holder name listed amongst the payment info. This is all we get...

Mark, I don't know of a way to see it in Miva Admin. But you can view it in the Orbital Virtual Terminal. While viewing the order, click on the OPTIONAL DATA tab (2nd from the left) and you can find the customer's name there. Although it would be nice if it could also be viewed in Miva Admin.
