How to get total product count in v9?

What's the best way to get a total product count in a store in v9?

I need:

- Total Products
- Total Parent Products
- Total Variants

In 5.5 I would load the product listing and show all or inactive or active and view the count at the bottom. Now in v9 I don't know what's the easiest way to get this.

Easiest way today is to click control a on a batch list and it'll give you a count as it selects all.

We're adding a way to see it all the time though in 9.0003.
