Well my Power Search is broken and it seems that some code or perhaps a custom field (?) may be using a reserved word. I have no idea how to identify this short of checking each product and manually comparing the list of words which is really no small task.
I'd like to suggest a few possible feature/solutions
1-a module or feature that checked the 'reserved words list' at the time you create the code (or any other field that this is an issue.
or
2-a simple popup window you could paste your code or text into (again, not sure what fields this is an issue on) and click submit to run a test. This wouldn't even have to be in the admin I guess as an unofficial community tool that you could bookmark would be enough - but I lack the programming chops to do this.
and finally
3-some way to identify the problem product if this does happen - feature, separate module -whatever.
Is Power Search the only or official search for Miva by the way? I added it on but it seems odd that Miva wouldn't have a native search. It's worked fine but I think this is the second time this happened. The first time there was only two dozen products with no custom fields - now there is a heck of a lot more to sort through.
