Odd pages listed in search results

I've not encountered this with other versions of Miva before this, so I am listing it in the Miva 9 section. Feel free to move if necessary.

Anyhow...I have three weird pages listed in search results, which are:

PROD page with no product but it does have the button and labels: http://www.domain.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD

CTGY page with no products or subcats listed: http://www.domain.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY

CTGY page with the category header and page numbers but no products: http://www.domain.com/mm5/merchant.m...stingoffset=36

Can I just disallow these in robots.txt and be done with it? Or should I redirect the pages in htaccess? Something else? I really don't want them listed in the search results.

    Any advice is appreciated,

    Jamie

Nobody, huh? Well to add to the above I have a couple of CatListingoffset urls as well. I put the meta tag into the dev site for noindex, but I know that is no guarantee. So....I will just put them into the robots file and see how that works first....

      James,

They don't hurt, and probably come from the robots ready things like category listings where there is pagination.

If you are using SEO links, its usually could idea to do a robots file with disallow /merchant.mvc

That's what I was thinking...the readytheme stuff was why they were there.
