Wait List type module that works at attribute level

Is there a Wait List Manager type module that works at the attribute level for Miva 9?

    Something along these lines...
    https://www.everlane.com/collections...-black-leather

i.e., when a particular attribute is selected (in the above example it happens at mouseover) a "Notify Me" button conditionally displays if that particular attribute is out of stock.

This module can do what you need:

However it will require a bit of customization to get the font end experience you're looking for.

Here is a live example of it:

Just to clarify before we purchase this module, will it work if inventory is being tracked at the attribute level?

The module description indicates that it will not:

Important Note. This module only works on inventory by product code. If you have implemented inventory at the attribute level, this module will not work for your store.

The Tool Kit has functions for tracking attributes at the inventory variant level. The customer can choose the specific variant they want to be notified about when it comes back in stock. Read the info about the waitlist functions in the tool kit. Unfortunately, you cannot see the sample products demo in action because it was in the Emporium Plus store. When the Emporium Plus product pages were re-directed to the miva apps store, those sample products could no longer be displayed. The re-direct only shows real/active products in the app store.

Re: Wait List type module that works at attribute level

I've tried several different things to get the waitlist function working with the toolkit module. However, it seems to me that I simply cannot get the waitlist link to show up in any kind of inventory varient conditional. For example, I used brennan's example here:

            http://extranet.miva.com/forums/show...he-Parent-Prod

and it works great! When the customer chooses a varient, I placed a simple message to say IN STOCK or OUT OF STOCK, however, instead of OUT OF STOCK, we want the WAIT LIST link from the toolkit to appear ... while it does appear on the first instance of choosing the out of stock varient, it then stays on the screen ... Weiland's notes somewhat refer to the wait list needing to run all the time, but we only want the link to appear if the varient chosen is out of stock, otherwise, it's confusing to the customer to have the wait list there all the time when only ONE varient is out of stock. I did see an example on one of Weiland's pages that said "One of our options are out of stock ... " WAIT LIST ... but this just seems poor in real practice.

I feel like I'm missing something or does the WAIT LIST link just not function how we are hoping?

The wait list function must not be hidden in a conditional. If one or more variants are out of stock, it will display. You can also show how many of each variant are in stock with an out of stock message next to those that are out of stock. So clearly the customer can see specifically which are out of stock.

Where can you display this message for the variants?

I am using your module. I want to show specific sizes are out of stock since the manager shows up if even 1 item is out of stock from the master product. In the inventory variants area there is no area to display a message.

Please let me know. Thank you.

See the example template code for the attributes. You use radio attributes. Next to each attribute will be the stock level.

Unfortunately, I can't show you a live example page because Miva hides the old examples since they forward shoppers from Emporium Plus to the Miva apps store. Since those examples were not real products, they are no longer displayed.

Thanks there is the stock level but no where to put a message. I am on the product itself. THank you.

Didn't you put a lot of your examples at the Pin Emporium store?

It would be fantastic if this stuff could be captured and saved as a permanent reference.

The message is your standard short and long message for out of stock. There is not a separate text message for each attribute; just the quantity in stock of each attribute.
