    Miva Synchro won't sync after updating store to MM9

    Store owner has tried everything (and is waiting to here from support) to get Miva Synchro to sync when a new product is added to the store. This started happening after the update to MM9. The error he continues to get is

    The name of the list element cannot be blank
    The store owner even deleted the store within Synchro and restored using only the default settings.

    Hoping the resident Miva Synchro can chime in and get the store owner fixed back up.
