We've implemented the Amazon Marketplace feature but not seeing tracking head back to Amazon either automatically or manually.

The workflow is: we "Get Orders" from Amazon into Miva and they are then imported by Stone Edge. After shipping the tracking information does go back to the orders in Miva but that's where it ends. In the Marketplace module there is an "Update Shipping" button and it does indicate that shipping has been updated for x orders when pressed. But the status in Amazon continues to show as "Unshipped" until we manually fix them there. Are we doing something incorrectly? Or is there a glitch? Thanks.

I am also unable to get any shipping information pushed to Amazon. I have filed a support request to see if this is an issue on our end or Amazon. I will update when I find more information.

We are also noting that the Miva inventory is not being reduced by the imported Amazon orders. We have it set up to share inventory but they get out of sync.

I am at loss here.
I know I had Marketplaces v1.0001 installed before. Nothing shows up at the arrow next to utilities.
Just downloaded v1.0004 and install. Module is active.
I see it under installed modules when I go to Utilities and tab and add/remove modules.
v1.0004 is there under Installed Modules.
Yet, no tab is available under utilities and nothing at the arrow drop menu.

What I am doing wrong?

never mind ... I was looking for Marketplaces but now see that ebay and amasuck do show up at the utilities arrow.

I am using a user group called Employees and have two users in that group. No matter what settings I choose I cannot add the Amazon and eBay Marketplaces to the Utilities Arrow.


What am I doing wrong?

We released Amazon Marketplace support yesterday as part of Miva Marketplaces 1.0004 and it's available now on apps.miva.com

9.3 will be released in early April. It includes Gift Certificates, Account Credit Management System, Multi-Add To Cart, Admin Enhancements (no easy to show them in this quick post) and a bunch of other things.

9.4 is slated for July.

I can't locate any of the slides from the 2015 conference. Have they been put up anywhere yet?

In order to use the Marketplaces module the user must be an Administrator and have the Pages privilege set to VIEW.

Kyle,

That needs to be fixed then as employees need to have the ability to download orders but not have access to change anything else unless they are given permission.

E.g. add products, update them, etc.

I am looking into your issue. Can you ensure the following for me?
What Order Import setting do you have set?
Is the share inventory checkbox checked?
Is the product in the order shown as unknown_*** where *** is the amazon product name or is the order finding the correct item and it still is not adjusting the inventory?

Rick, they are FedEx tracking numbers and went from Stone Edge to Miva without any problem. But not posting to Amazon nor changing order status there.

Amazon told me that the tracking number I was giving amazon was invalid. I tried today with FedEx and a valid tracking number and it pushed the info to Amazon successfully. Are you still having this issue? If you are still not getting the info to send up perhaps you could contact Amazon and see why that is. If amazon is of no help, create a support ticket with us linking this thread and I can look with more detail into this.

Sorry Stephen, that was in reply to you. The ability to control it at the Groups Level will be added in 9.0004 (when Marketplaces gets added to the core software)
