We use Sebenza's Ultimate Order Status in our store and for some reason one order from yesterday is not showing up. We can see it in Miva so we know it was placed. Also, when the customer placed the order we did not receive the merchant notification so we manually sent it to ourselves.
We just recently upgraded to 9 so this is something new that happened. Anyone have any ideas on what could cause the issue? Also, anyway to get that order back into Ultimate Order Status as we use that for all of our CSR's to communicate with our customers?
