Restore the batch order count

We lost the ability to know the number of orders in a batch in M9.

It was used as a confirmation while importing to the accounting package. It is also just nice to know quickly how many orders we're dealing with in any one batch.

It's coming in 9.0003 (any day) but you can find out now by hitting select all (Ctrl-A on PC or Command-A on a mac) and it'll give you the count.
