Stone Edge Seat Question

Hi,

With regard to the concurrent seat licence issue.

If I run a store with 2 seats and 5 human users and Stone Edge.

Can I reserve one seat for Stone Edge, and let the other 5 users share the other seat.

It's an issue for us if Stone Edge is denied access. It's not an issue for a member of the team to be denied access for 5 minutes.

Also does Stone Edge log off once it's done it's thing? Or is it just set on the domain timeout.

You will be able to do that when 9.0003 comes out (in about a week). Today you can't.

Just tell your CSRs never to knock out the Stone Edge user when logging in. That's what we're currently doing.

Tip: make sure to create an admin user with an easily-recognized name, e.g. stoneedge. Only use that for Stone Edge.

Remember that admin users != admin seats.
