As part of our ordering process, we want to run all of our telephone orders through Miva via the New Order process.
Currently, when we add a telephone order that customer's information is not saved in the customer database.
Is there a simple fix for this? Perhaps something an "Add to Customer List" checkbox? All of the shipping and billing information is being entered along with the email address etc. Being able to add them to the database from the order creation screen would be a really simple way of capturing that information for use the next time a customer orders.
We considered creating orders via the front end of the store. That approach won't work for us for a variety of logistical reasons.
Any thoughts or input would be appreciated.
