I use a couple of save basket methods. However, the customer needs to access the basket to use these features. Suivant doesn't allow the customer to go to an empty basket. How do I change this?

You could add a link in the mini basket to the basket so a customer view the empty basket. Right now we just display a message is the popup that says basket is empty. Or even add a completely new link named "Saved Baskets" that just links to the basket page.
