Synchro error after upgrading to v1.72

    Synchro error after upgrading to v1.72

    After installing the updates, adding the certificate to QuickBooks, I now get an error when trying to synchronize that says “Miva Merchant Error: There are no available Miva Merchant administrative sessions”
    I haven’t seen this one before, not sure what to do-

    That error happens (it happened before too, it just didn't tell you) when you don't have enough Seats for Synchro to run. You'll need to log out of Miva (assuming you're going to try and use Synchro with just 1 seat) or you'll need to buy a seat.

      Ok, I logged off all users, it ran once successfully but now won't run at all and doesn't give any errors. Below is the error log.

        Normally indicates that synchro can't login to the admin. Open Internet Explorer on the same machine that synchro is installed on and try to login using the same credentials that synchro is configured with and see if it can login.
