Major Shipping issue with Miva 9.0003

We just installed the 9.0003 upgrade on both of our stores.

Now that we have installed those upgrades, the Endicia shipping functionality is broken.

You can click generate label, but the system does not do anything. The order is marked "Shipped" but there is no tracking number and the label itself is not being created.

This problem may be affecting FedEx as well, but we haven't attempted to use that method since upgrading.

Edited to add that the problem seems to be isolated to Endicia only at this point.

I have the same problem and checking with my Endicia account shows no record there ether.

Hi aubreyd,

This is not a 9.0003 Issue it happens on 9.0002 as well, Endicia has shut down the old sandbox server which is now returning a “500 Internal Server Error” instead of a proper error. We are filing a bug for the issue where the order is getting set to shipped when we didn’t receive a label.

But to get you guys up and testing again you will have to setup a new sandbox account here http://account.elstestserver.endicia...artner?id=lxxx and use the account number that is generated as well as setting the module back to sandbox mode.

It should be noted that production mode has not changed at all and should work fine. Your production account does not need to be updated or changed.

I switch the endica settings to production and it seems to be producing labels again.

I had a similar issue. URL was set to Other: https://www.envmgr.com

Switched to Production and it started working.

Yep there appears to be a bug in the patch. We're likely just going to update the patch today so people who upgrade after today won't have this issue, but in the meantime that's all you need to do is switch back to Production.
