I really like the checkout at apps.miva. Is that layout available in any of the ReadyThemes? I suspect it's only 3 pages because no shipping is needed. Can the select shipping be added to the payment page?

What really make it easy is no 3rd party payments. If you only accept credit cards it becomes much easier to combine steps.
