I notice that with a large amount of products, some of which are obscure parts and sell very slowly, we sometimes get a sale only to find there has been a dramatic price change and we lost some money. At other times I notice people accidentally removed products from categories rather than inactivating them, so that when someone does a Google search we end up with a similar situation.
We had one today that did not belong to a category, and was the first sale through the store since it was added several years ago. It was off by $20.
I was thinking it might be useful to add a report (s) that flagged
-products that are active but that don't belong to a category
-products that have not sold in X amount of days
-products that have not been updated in X amount of days
There might be others but basically a way to generate a list of products that might need to be verified for accuracy.
