Migrating Sebenza's Ultimate Order Status orders to new store

I was thinking it was just a matter of exporting the Ultimate Order Status orders from the old store and importing them into the new store, but the import just skips all the records. So is even this module incapable of bring old orders over to a new store?

Are you trying to port Sebenza Status to Merchant "Native" Orders? If so, I don't think is will be simple as the Merchant Order status system is much more robust (complex) than Sebenza.

No - trying to go Sebenza Ultimate Order Status to Sebenza Ultimate Order Status. Not even trying to do anything with the native Orders unless someone has created the module needed to do that.

It was Miva Merchant CSSUI to Miva Merchant CSSUI update - trying to find some way to just get the orders from the old store into the new store. Both stores have the Sebenza Ultimate Order Status module.

I'd just copy over the databases then. Both Sebenza Order and Merchant Orders...there's a lot of them, but that's the best approach. Actually, the best approach might be to ask Miva to do this (might cost ya, but they can do this via command line and not physically copying or exporting/importing each database--about 24 of them)

          Leslie,

Just curious, why wouldn't you want to use the native built-in Order status from miva since you are redoing the store? I realized there are a lot of modules (reviews and email marketing) that required miva order status to trigger workflows (emails customers for example).

I'm just trying to find a way to get all the old orders into the new store. It's been one of my main "complaints". The order history is lost when a new store is set up. What happens to a store whose customers heavily used the order history? I had inquired about the Sebenza module since it was already configured and running in the old MM9 store. It is also in the new MM9 store. It has an Export/Import which seems to have serious let the store owner down.

What's wrong with using the new MMUI to CSSUI tool?
              Thanks,

This was a CSSUI to CSSUI Responsive look & feel makeover.

I'm not even sure how that would work. The site has already gone live and is taking new orders. Wouldn't trying to run something now cause data "confusion"?

Oh I didn't realize it had gone live already, nope this won't work.
