Either one. Right now for Payflow Pro using credit card, neither of them shows up in Paypal unless they checked out via Paypal only for ItemID. If you use paypal it'self, then the ItemId is present, if you go through the credit card (payflow) side, then none. This shows up on Download History report.
Well actually this may be factually incorrect, I have not populated skus, should I?
I'm not sure, but I was trying to get clarity on what you want.
I'm pretty sure it sends Product Code (but I'm not 100%). We could theoretically include a toggle to choose between the two, but sending both may not be possible.

Not 100% sure either, but our most popular products have both sku and code and I don't see anything populating either way. Actually it's about 30% of our products have both.
I would have to run a test on a single product via paypal credit card to find out, but you guys might do that anyway, so I'll wait until you advise me.
Confirmed: using method Website Payments Pro Api Solution as stated by Paypal even if code and sku are populated, it fails to put them in the history download so I assume this means it doesn't matter either way, it's still not going to populate.
