Out of Stock Emails not Sending

I seem to have a problem on my new ReadyTheme store that I out of stock messages are not being sent. I have it set up in the "inventory email notifications' section to send to my email address when at item gets out of stock. I am also tracking inventory, but I have not received a single email since upgrading to the new system.

Any suggestions regarding what I can do?

Has any one else had this issue?

This is important because it helps me to monitor traffic to the site and know what people are looking at.

I doubt this has anything to do with the Ready Themes, I'd open a support ticket.
